LiNbO3 now attracts many scientists due to not only its third order nonlinearity compared to silica but also its high second order nonlinearity. However, on chip photonics with LiNbO3 still doesn't reach its material loss limit because of its problem in fabrication process. Here, we tried to solve these problems with several trials.
